United States Ordering
If you are located in the US or Canada and paying with a credit card, you can take advantage of our convenient online shopping option. If you are paying with a PO, or if you cannot find the item that you need in our online store, then please use our US order form to place your order. Please note that there is a minimum order of $50 for US orders, and that some items have minimum quantity requirements. If you run into any issues, please Contact Us for help.
International Ordering
For all international customers (and for Canadian customers using a PO to place an order), please use our international order form to place your order. Note that there is a minimum order of $100 for international orders, and that some items have minimum quantity requirements. Payments can be made with credit card or wire transfer, and in some cases it is possible to set up payment terms for invoicing. Don’t see what you need?- Not all of our products are listed online. To order something that isn’t listed on the website, please use the order forms or Contact Us with questions.
Who can place an online order?– At this time, online ordering can only be completed when purchasing from a US or Canadian account and using a credit card for payment.
When should I use an order form instead of ordering online?- Please use our order forms to place your order if:
- You are using a PO to place your order
- You are ordering from outside of the US- International Order Form
- You are ordering an item that is not listed on the website
- You are placing an order on a discounted item
- You are using an alternative method of payment such as wire transfer
